"We recently
had to replace two aging
routers on our network.
We have two network segments
that share the same Internet
connection. We also have
telecommuters and clients
who connect remotely to
our servers with VPN connections.
Lately, the routers had
been failing. I had tried
to fix them several times
myself, and had some success.

cannot express my
